This is the third in a series of articles and tutorials on how to make the most of your time. This article is a little different than the others in that we’re talking about how to have more fun on the workday. We’ll be exploring the little things that can make you go “whoa” when you’re working.
I’m a big fan of big things. Like, really big things. I love big ideas. So I think that if you’re trying to be productive on the workday, you might want to take a look at what I’m talking about. It’s pretty cool that there are so many little things that can make a huge difference.
Im not a big believer in productivity, because while there is definitely a lot of science out there to back it up, I think the science is a bit flawed. The scientific studies that prove productivity, say stuff like “working on a project for 10 hours a day makes you more productive”, are not backed up by hard science, nor are they backed up by studies that show it actually reduces stress, depression, or other negative side effects.
One study by Harvard Medical School even suggests that working out at a gym has no benefits. The study says that while exercising is good for you, it is not good for you to exercise for a long time. Because as someone that has already been through the process of trying to lose weight on the diet that results in the study, I say that if it is anything like what I’ve already seen, the benefits of the diet are pretty limited.
The good news is that if you find the weight loss lifestyle to be challenging and unsustainable, there are ways to maintain it. A study published in JAMA Internal Medicine claims that the more you exercise, the more muscle you have. This is one of the reasons the study was so hard to swallow for me. It is also one of the reasons I am not only a proponent of the diet, but also the program I use to get the weight off.

It is good that you are beginning to lose weight.

If you are not trying hard enough to lose weight, and the weight is not being followed by healthy exercise, you are going to gain it. It is also important to make sure that you are consuming a healthy diet. Eat foods that have no added sugar. Eat them as much as possible. You should also drink water. I’ve been doing regular exercise for my entire adult life. I’m not talking about bodybuilders though. I’m talking about all kinds of people. You should be keeping your body in shape for your entire life. It isn’t like you can’t start exercising in your teens or twenties. Everyone can. I’ve been doing it for twenty years and I still can’t get my abs.
