I’m not sure why this has happened to me personally, but it has happened to many of my friends. It happened to me and I was so rattled by the incident that I went in a week after from a run, leaving the window open to stop my ears from ringing. I was in a rush to get to work and I drove my car with one hand, completely unaware of how fast and how loud the car could be driving, when the car hit me.
It is a common occurrence at times, but it isn’t something you should be unprepared for. Many of us have been hit by cars, have been involved in car crashes, have been involved in car crashes with severe injuries or death. It’s not a common occurrence.
